One of the things I believe is that every one photogenic and an individual. I have done many portraits of senior citizens and have found is that they are full of character and still have a sparkle in their eye well into later life.

Chris Francis photography is committed to bringing out the very better in everyone despite old age or disability.

Many thanks for your rapport and skill and consequently providing such good portraits

I work in a residential care home for the elderly, I arranged for Chris to come and take portraits of the residents who live here. Chris arrived on time and set up his equipment swiftly. Chris is a delightful, warm and engaging man. He was patient and kind with everyone he photographed. Lots of the folks he photographed are living with dementia and this poses a problem in terms of attention span and engaging with that person. This was no problem for Chris, he was able to connect with every one of his subjects with good humor and compassion, even if it was just for the moment he clicked the shutter on his camera.

The end result was stunning, he managed to capture the character and dignity of each resident. Each and every portrait was a work of art. When I arranged the finished work on the walls of the care home it felt as though we had been transported to The National Gallery. The effect his work had on the families of the residents was incredible. They were deeply moved by the images of their loved ones.

I cannot recommend Chris highly enough for the beautiful quality of his work and his engaging personality. It will be a great pleasure to work with him again in the future.
